1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and other reliable logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Most courier deliveries within Pakistan usually arrive in about 1–3 business days between major cities, while remote locations may take longer depending on distance and logistics routes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 5000

  • Standard shipping fee of Rs. 200–300 on orders below this amount (depending on location).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel through the courier website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Customers can pay the amount when the parcel is delivered.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service issues

  • High order volume during sales

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct. If incorrect information is provided and the parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may apply.
