How do I place my order?
Start by clicking on the “Add to cart option” given by the product you wish to buy. Adjust the number of items and then click on “Checkout”. Then fill out your contact information and address in the given form and then click on “Continue to shipping” followed by “Click on Continue payment”. Then finally click on “Complete order”. Once you have placed your order, you receive an email as confirmation.
How may I get assistance with my online order?

I have just received my order and there is issue in size, how can I get it exchanged?
You can get in exchanged in line with company exchange policy (Please refer to Return and Exchange section) or contact our customer service department for assistance.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are fixed at PKR 150 only. Kindly get in touch with our customer service team for more details.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time is based on your location, usually it takes 8-10 days to get you delivered your online order or in some cases 10-15 days due to international shipping.
Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be a delay in online order deliveries.
I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary?
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service. They will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.
